I understand that life can be unpredictable and sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel a session. To help me maintain a consistent schedule and offer openings to other clients, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to change your appointment.
If a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee may apply. I recognize that emergencies happen, and in those situations, I ask that you reach out as soon as you can so we can work together to find a solution.
